Revvek
Arizona · Subcontractor network

Subs you can trust.
Tethered to who vouched for them.

Revvek is where general contractors and real estate professionals keep, rate and share the subcontractors they would hire again. Every sub carries the name that referred them, a written standing, and the people you actually call.

How it works

Bring your subs. Keep the good ones.

Three steps from a phone full of numbers to a network you can stand behind.

01

Add your subcontractors

Import from your phone contacts, bring in a spreadsheet, or add a company one at a time. People are grouped under the company they work for, with their role.

02

Tie each one to a referral

Who brought them in, what job it was and what it cost. A sub with no referral is a stranger. In Revvek there are no strangers.

03

Find who to call

Describe the scope of work in a sentence. Revvek matches the trade, then ranks by standing so the first name on the list is the one to call.

Every trade

From the footings to the final clean

Companies are filed by trade, and a company that does more than one shows as Multiple. Add any trade that is missing; the directory grows with your book.

Why Revvek

Built for the people who hire the trades

Not a lead-gen site and not a review site. A working book of proven subcontractors, kept by the contractors who hire them.

Referral first

Every record carries the name that vouched for it. Trust has a source, and you can see it before you dial.

Standing, written out

Preferred, good standing, use with care, or do not use. Never a bare star count. Plus the last job and how stale the relationship is.

Rated from real work

Ratings, cost notes and licence details from the contractors who actually paid the invoice. Flag a company when something changes.

Add and extract

Import from your phone in a tap. Export your book any time. What you add is yours, and only you can edit it.

Contractor to contractor

Network with other general contractors and real estate pros. Share a sub, ask who has used them, connect by phone or email from inside the app.

Made for the field

Phone first, glove-sized targets, readable in the sun. The same information on a desktop, widened into a sidebar.

Standing

The one thing you need to know before you call

Should I work with them again? Revvek answers in words, from the record: who referred them, the last job, the notes, and how long it has been. Set it yourself, or let the record set it until you do.

Preferred
First call for the tradeProven on more than one job, priced right, shows up.
Good standing
Would hire againSolid work behind them. Nothing on the record says otherwise.
Use with care
Read the notes firstSomething to know before you book them. It is written down.
Do not use
Off the listBlocked by the person who added them. Stays visible so nobody repeats it.
The record

Everything you need before you dial

One screen per company. No digging through texts to remember who they were or how it went.

Who referred themThe name that vouched for them, on every record, always.
Last job and how current it isActive, cooling off, stale or cold, worked out from the last job and the last text.
Notes that are signedEvery note carries who wrote it and when. No anonymous opinions.
The people, with call and textThe owner, the estimator, the foreman. One tap each.
Flag a changeSomething went wrong on a job? Flag the company and the network admin sees it.
The network

Contractors talking to contractors

A subcontractor list is only as good as the people who keep it. In Revvek, general contractors and real estate professionals share the subs they trust, ask who has used someone, and reach each other straight from a profile. Every member is a real business with a name and a number.

General contractors

Your book of trades, tied to the jobs and the referrals behind them.

  • Search by trade or describe the scope
  • Import and export your contacts
  • Flag a company the moment something changes

Real estate

Investors, brokers and property managers who need proven trades fast.

  • Subs already vetted by the GCs who hire them
  • See who referred them before you call
  • Connect with contractors by phone and email
Your records

What you add stays yours

Revvek is a shared book with clear ownership. The rules are simple and they are enforced by the app, not by trust alone.

Only you edit yours

A record belongs to whoever added it. Everyone else can read it, save it and call from it, but the edit button is yours alone.

Flags, not edit wars

Disagree with a standing? Flag it with a note. The network admin reviews it and the record's owner sees the flag on their profile.

Leave any time

Export your book whenever you like. Delete your account from Settings and your account data goes with it. No calls, no forms.

Questions

Straight answers

What does "tethered to a referral" mean?

Every subcontractor in Revvek is linked to the contractor or company that brought them in. That name travels with the record, so you always know whose word you are taking before you call. A sub with no referral is a stranger, and Revvek does not keep strangers.

Who can see the subcontractors I add?

Members of the network can find and call them. Only you can edit or remove a record you added. Your saved list is private to you.

Do I need a password?

No. Sign in with the Google or Apple account you already have. There is nothing to remember and nothing to reset.

Can I bring the list I already have?

Yes. Import straight from your phone's contacts, or add companies and people one at a time. Trades, ratings, referrals and notes are filled in as you go, and you can export your whole book at any time.

How is standing decided?

From the record: the rating, whether there are jobs behind it, and whether the company is blocked. The owner of the record can set it directly, and the note says who set it and when. Revvek also shows how long it has been since the last job or text, so a five-star sub you have not used in three years reads as cold, not current.

Where does Revvek work?

Arizona, for now. It runs in any phone or desktop browser, and iPhone and Android apps are on the way.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from Settings in the app, in one step. Your account, saved list, recent activity and sign-in links are removed. The directory's business records stay so the rest of the network keeps its history. The Privacy Policy has the details.
